Basic Photoshop for the Outdoor Photographer
(March 8 or November 8)
To make an image truly shine, you need to
do more than just snap the shutter at the right time. In this seminar, Jerry
will teach you the basics that you need to know in order to make the most
out of your images.
Topics covered will include monitor calibration, color correction, tone
control, using layers and layer masks, preparing images for output,
converting color to black and white, automating Photoshop work, and using
Adobe Camera Raw.
With a maximum class size of twenty, there will be opportunities for
class discussion. Bringing your own laptop is encouraged.
The class will be based on Adobe Photoshop CS3, but many of the tools
discussed will be applicable to other image editing tools as well.
The class will start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 5:30 p.m. with an hour break
for lunch.

Learn Adobe Lightroom in a Day
(March 9 or November
9)
If you are new to Lightroom or just curious about this exciting new
product, this seminar will cover all the features of Lightroom in a day,
sending you home with the power to edit, organize, and process your images
quickly and elegantly.
Besides covering Lightroom basics, we will also cover each of the 5
Lightroom functions in depth - Library, Develop, Slideshow, Print, Web.
Special attention will be given to maximizing workflow efficiencies and
processing photos into useable images that need little, if any additional
processing in Photoshop.
With a maximum class size of twenty, there will be opportunities for
